At Club Services Global (Club Services), we respect the privacy needs and concerns of our client organisations and their members. This Privacy Policy outlines what information is gathered and how that information is used.
We have adopted the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the Privacy Act). These principles govern the way in which we collect, use, disclose, store, secure and dispose of your Personal Information.

SCOPE
This Privacy Policy covers Club Services’ interactions between our client organisations, and separately, between Club Services and an organisation’s members. Club Services is not responsible in any way for the interactions or breaches of trust between organisations and their members.
INFORMATION COLLECTION
The purpose of Club Services is to provide an easy means of collating and managing an organisation’s membership database. Consequently, Club Services will require information relating to an organisation and their members in order to meet this charter. Club Services will require bank account details from client organisations and may require credit card details from members in order to facilitate financial transactions.
INFORMATION SHARING
Club Services will not sell or rent your member’s personal details or sell or rent your organisation’s membership lists.
Member’s information may be used for the purposes relating to the financial transactions through Stripe or Pay Pal, which may involve interaction with financial and risk management organisations
Your Personal Information may be disclosed to third parties where
- you consent to the use or disclosure; and
- where required or authorised by law.
INFORMATION SECURITY
Organisations are siloed. All member organisations will have access to and be able to maintain only their own membership database. No client organisation will have access to any other client organisation’s data.
Our service provider, Comfusion, utilises several commercial grade, cutting edge technologies to ensure the security and integrity of your data.
All members and client organisations have full access to their own data. We encourage all members to check, update and/or correct that information to maintain its currency.
POLICY UPDATES
This Policy may change from time to time and is available on our website. Where a substantive change is made, client organisations and their members will be notified ahead of time.
