If you are using the Services on behalf of an organisation or entity, then you are agreeing to these Terms on behalf of that Organisation and you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind the Organisation to these Terms. In that case, “you” and “your” refers to you and that Organisation.
Unless indicated otherwise all content and materials in any format on the Websites and all intellectual property in the Websites is owned or licensed by us.
Subject to these Terms, you agree that you will not infringe our intellectual property as contained in the Websites and will not modify, copy, republish, frame, distribute or communicate any part of the Websites or any information contained on or in the Websites without our written consent or otherwise use the Websites in a way which will infringe our intellectual property or other rights.
These terms of use are governed by the laws of Western Australia and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Western Australia.

Client organisations and members are solely responsible for protecting account passwords. User names and other account information that will allow access to client organisation or member data.

Club Services makes all reasonable steps to protect client organisations and members’ data, however, we cannot guarantee that no Harmful Code will enter our site. You should be aware of the risks associated with using websites.
We recommend that you use appropriate and up-to-date firewall and anti-virus software to protect your computer systems.
CHANGES TO TERMS OF USE
As this website grows and evolves there will be a requirement to update these Terms of Use. We will notify client organisations and their members of any substantive changes prior to publishing updated Terms of Use.
